The lawmaker representing Kaduna Central at the National Assembly, Shehu Sani, has attacked politicians carpet-crossing to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
DAILY POST had earlier reported that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Kaduna State lost prominent members including Mohammed Sani-Sidi, former Director General, National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA.
Among those who dumped the party were former commissioners, legislators, permanent secretaries, local government chairmen and party officials.
Already, Sani-Sidi had returned his PDP membership card to the party’s ward chairman in Unguwar Sarki, Kaduna.
Shehu Sani said that the defectors are pushed by death of honour and temptation of the allure of power.
He tweeted, “Most of those elites migrating to the ruling party are not pushed or pulled by matters of principles, but by the death of honour,temptations of the allure of power,parasitic and survivalist politics and material.”
