News that Nigeria’s ‘aye’ crooner, David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has been blessed with a baby girl with Sophie Momodu who is the cousin of Ovation publisher, Dele Momodu hit the social media few days ago.
It would be recalled that the singer had in March this year refuted claims that he was responsible for Sophie’s pregnancy.
Davido had last week Friday posted a picture on instagram of a woman’s finger holding onto a baby’s finger which was earlier posted by Sophia on instagram few hours before the ‘Skelewu’ crooner picked it up.
Davido’s rep had equally denied the claimed that Sophie, who is 28 , had given birth for the pop singer .
“Bloggers are just confused, Davido doesn’t have a child yet, his sister is still pregnant too. Davido simply put up a baby’s hand to signify a new beginning and it’s causing wahala” said Davido’s rep.
Meanwhile, Dele Momodu who is Sophie’s cousin took to his instagram few hours ago to post a congratulatory message to her cousin and Davido for their newly welcomed bundle of joy.
“Warmest congratulations to Mr David Adeleke Davido and my cousin Sophie Momodu on the birth of your beautiful daughter. May God always provide for you and protect your family. Stay blessed,” He wrote.
