The Court of Appeal in Abuja has thrown out two separate appeals filed by the embattled former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (retd), to stop his ongoing trials.
The appeal court in its judgment said Dasuki’s case lacked merit and thus not strong enough to stop his trails.
The former NSA has been in detention for allegedly squandering arms procurement funds.
