The band, Crystals has emerged the 2012 winner of music bands’ talent hunt Star Quest.
The grand finale was held at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos last week Saturday.
Crystals band beat the Quantum Vibes and Soul Rhythm to win the grand prize of N7.5m recording contract, N3.6m cash prize, a year’s accommodation in a choice location with state-of-the-art facilities.
Crystals has joined past winners KC Presh, D’Accord, D’Jewels, Diamondz, Juke box and The B.E.A.T.
The band consists of Godwin Edim Inyang who is the band leader, Romeo Ukwudike, Tinuke Afolayan (Kunle Afolayan’s sister), Civian Aluebho Obehi, Emmanuel Oghenakogie and Daniel Onibudo.
