One of Nigeria’s 2018 World Cup opponent, Croatia will on Friday evening play against Senegal in their final friendly match at the Gradski Vrt stadium in Osijek.
After the game against the Lions of Teranga, Zlatko Dalić’s men will fly out to Russia for their World Cup opener against Nigeria.
Dalić’s men head into this clash, following their 2-0 defeat to Brazil last weekend at Anfield, courtesy of goals scored by Neymar and Firmino.
The both teams have never met before and the game is expected to be shown on SuperSports.
The hosts are in Group D against Argentina, Iceland and Nigeria, whilst Senegal are in Group H with Poland, Colombia and Japan.
The kick of time for the match is 5:00pm.
Croatia’s probable starting XI are: Subasic; Strinic, Lovren, Corluka, Vrsalijko; Brozovic, Rakitic, Modric, Perisic, Kramaric; Mandzukic
Senegal’s probable starting XI are: Diallo; Ciss, Koulibaly, Kouyate, Gassama; Gueye, N’Diaye, N’Doye; Balde, Mane, Sakho.
