The Court of Appeal in Abuja will today decide the appeal of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki challenging his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT.
Saraki is currently facing a 16-count charge bordering on false and anticipatory declaration of assets when he was the governor of Kwara State.
The court had on October 6 heard the appeal challenging the jurisdiction of the tribunal, and reserved judgment.
The appellate court had late last night served parties with the notice of today’s hearing.
The Justice Abdul Aboki-led panel of the appeal court is already seated to deliver the judgment.
