Assets of Nasaman Oil Services, a company indicted in the fuel subsidy fraud has been ordered by a Lagos High Court to be frozen on Thursday.
The company which is run by Mamman Ali, son of former chairman of the Peoples’ Democratic Party, Ahmadu Ali, is allegedly involved in a N4.5 billion fuel subsidy fraud.
Mr. Ali and a co-director, Christian Taylor, are being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission over the said charges.
The court also ordered the seizure of the asset of Seun Ogunbambo, and to be arraigned alongside Mr. Ali, as well as three of his other companies involved in both subsidy and bank frauds.
