A federal Capital Territory, FCT, High Court in Jabi, has granted bail to the Publisher of Daily Times Newspaper, Fidelis Anosike.
Justice Yusuf Halilu granted bail to Anosike alongside the company’s Group Managing Director, GMD, Noel Anosike.
Anosike alongside his brother, Noel were arrested after men of the Nigerian Police Force raided the Newspaper’s office apartment.
The police were said to have ransacked the Newspaper’s office and allegedly made away with several documents belonging to the organisation.
Anosike’s arrest, detention and arraignment, followed an alleged petition by one Senator Ikechukwu Obiora.
