Five staff of the All Progressives Congress, APC, who were last week detained by the State Security Services, SSS, have been set free by a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos.
Justice Mohammed Yunusa further issued an order restraining the SSS from further arresting the workers pending when a substantive suit brought before it is determined.
Last Friday, the Court had adjourned the matter till Monday after SSS claimed ignorance of the court’s earlier directive that the APC staff members be brought to Court Friday.
