Court fixes date for Easter vacation

The Federal High court, sitting in Maitama Abuja, Friday declared its Easter vacation for the year 2019.

In a statement issued and personally signed by the Chief Registrar, Emmanuel Gakko Esq, the scheduled vacation will commence on Tues,day April 23, and end on Monday, April 29.

He added, “The court would therefore resume in all Judicial Divisions on Tuesday April 30”.

The registrar, however, affirmed that Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt divisions will be in skeletal session during the vacation to handle emergency cases.
