Chelsea striker, Diego Costa, is involved in a legal battle with the club, who have no idea when he will return to the club.
The Blues’ top scorer last season, is still on holiday and has posted regular pictures of himself partying in Brazil.
Costa is yet to return to training, after an ugly war of words with manager – Antonio Conte, who has made it clear that he has no future at the club.
However, the Spain international’s representatives have accused Conte of forcing him out of the club and now the club are locked in a legal battle.
When asked when Costa will return, Conte admitted on Friday: “I don’t know. There is no news.”
A Chelsea spokesman added, “There is nothing to report on that.”
