Conte, Chelsea board fight over players to sign

Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte is fighting with the club’s board over players to add to the team before the end of the summer transfer window.

The manager is struggling to convince the board to sign his transfer targets.

According to The Times, Conte has grown frustrated with his club’s transfer movement this summer.

The Italian wants to make additional signings, with Ivan Perisic, Fernando Llorente, Virgil van Dijk, Antonio Candreva and Alex Sandro all listed among his targets.

The Blues board, in the other hand, is turning down is requests signing older players, with the club more interested in younger players.
