Former Juventus coach, Antonio Conte, is set to be confirmed as Chelsea’s new manager in the coming days.
According to SkySports, the Italian will move to England, after his contract with the Azzurris expires after Euro 2016.
It is believed that the 46-year-old met Chelsea owner, Roman Abramovich, in Monaco earlier this month and will now sign a three-year deal to take charge of the Stamford Bridge club.
Conte has coached Arezzo, Bari, Siena and Atalanta in the past, but his biggest success at club level was with Juve, with which he won the Serie A for three consecutive season.
Diego Simeone and Max Allegri were the other leading candidates for the Blues job.
