Former heavyweight boxing champion, Tyson Fury, has given his opinion on Floyd Mayweather’s return to the ring for a fight against Conor McGregor.
The UFC lightweight champion will take on Mayweather (49-0, 26 KOs) on August 26th.
The fight will be aired live on Showtime PPV from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mayweather and McGregor will contest the bout at 154 lbs, with the fight scheduled for 12 rounds.
Fury said he believes McGregor will win quickly.
“I think Conor McGregor will knock him out in the first 35 seconds, like he did to Jose Aldo”.
“I think McGregor will do him inside one round. C’mon McGregor!”
“It’ll be good for boxing if McGregor chinned him. I think it would be great for the real people of the world”, the self-titled ‘Gypsy King said.
