Don Jazzy has  confirmed on Twitter his separation with multi-awards winning musician D’Banj.

The rumour that had recently made the headlines over the face off between the CEO of Mo’ Hit records, Don Jazzy and Dbanj his partner where both artistes had allegedly accused each other of complacency has finally been revealed to the glare of the public as Don Jazzy called it quit in a statement issued on twitter this afternoon saying ”  it is the ‘end of a long era’.

Don Jazzy who affirms he has been going through some drastic transformation has also announced that in view of the end of an era and the beginning of a new one, his stay with Mo’Hits will be over.

He assured his fans that the proceeds of his production catalogue from day one till now would be donated to five charity organizations’.

He disclosed thus “Good day friends. So sorry I have been away for long as I have been going through some changes in my life. It is with a heavy heart that I announce the end of a long Era and the beginning of a new one.  Some of the Rumours you have all heard recently are sad but true.

The way forward now is to make sure I keep bringing you guys more of the beautiful music you all love to dance to. To end the old era I will be donating the proceeds of my production catalogue from day 1 till date to 5 charity organizations. Thanks. IDJA’

Meanwhile, no reason has been given by Don Jazzy as to why he called it quit. However, the existing rumour has it that Don Jazzy was simply tired of Dbanj’s lifestyle which he has considered  unbearable and has decided  to quit working with him.

D’banj had in turns  accused Don Jazzy of delaying the release of his coming album with different flimsy  excuses, meanwhile he produced Wande Coal within two days.

D’banj  had again been accused of making some offensive remarks about some of his colleagues by referring to them as back up singers. These, among other things could be why the duo have parted ways in a most uncelebrated and unpopular way.
