Governor Sullivan Chime of Enugu State has commiserated with the Government and people of Abia State over the death of Senator Uche Chukwumerije describing it as a sad and unfortunate loss.

The Governor in a message signed by his Chief Press Secretary Chukwudi Achife, described the late Senator as a patriot who attended his legislative and other national duties with deep insight and genuine concern for equity and justice among all Nigerians.

Chime urged the family, colleagues and constituents of the late Senator to find consolation in the worthy legacies he left behind.
