Chukwumerije to be buried May 22

The Senate President, David Mark has announced that the late Senator Uche Chukwumereije will be buried on May 22 in his country home Ngodo Isuoche, in Abia State.
He said the late senator would be given a heroic burial.
His final home journey was contained in a letter from the family of the late politician, which was read on the floor of the senate during the plenary.
The Senate President described late Senator Chukwumerije as a national hero who was a pan-Nigerian in all areas.
Mark told the deceased family at Senator Chukwumerije’s house in Abuja that the late Senator was a nationalist and a matchless crusader for the respect of human rights and rule of law.
