Christ School Alumni marks homecoming with education summit, scholarship scheme

The Fourth edition of Chief Olusola Bayode Scholarship Scheme will hold on Saturday at Christ School Hall, Ado Ekiti.
The event, which is part of activities marking the Christ School, Ado Ekiti 88/93 Alumni Set Homecoming, will also witness convocation of Education Summit at the venue by 2pm.
A statement from the Alumni Association said that a novelty football match between 88/93 Alumni Set and the current Christ School football team would take place at the school football pitch by 7am on Saturday.
It stated that the 88/93 Alumni set Homecoming dinner party would hold at at Dexambdra Hotel, Ado Ekiti after the Award/Education Summit on Saturday.
Activities for the Homecoming would kick off by 3pm on Friday when the alumni will pay homage to Chief Bayode, an alumnus and principal of Christ School, Ado Ekiti, at his residence.
A thanksgiving service is billed to hold at Emmanuel Cathedral, Okesa Ado Ekiti on Sunday to end the ceremonies.
