Borussia Dortmund striker, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has extended his contract till 2021.
The Gabonese International, who has been linked with a move in January, has signed a year extension.
Chelsea and Italian club AC Milan are interested in signing him in January, 2018 but the 28-year-old has extended his contract at the German club thereby ending reports that he could leave in January.
Dortmund sporting director, Michael Zorc told Sky Sports that Aubameyang has signed a new contract.
“The contract runs through 2021 and that’s still a long way away. One day, he will certainly leave Borussia Dortmund as he won’t end his career here.
“He’s an extremely important player for us, and we will continue to plan with him,” Zorc said.
