Premier League giants, Chelsea are interested in Bayern Munich right-back, Rafinha, According to German outlet Bild.
The Blues interest in the Brazilian International is as a result of the earlier rejection by Arsenal’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who prefers a move to Anfield instead of Stamford Bridge.
Rafinha has been at Bayern since 2011, making less than 20 appearances in a season in his time with the Bavarian giants.
The 31-year-old played key roles in Bayern’s achievements over the years, but has found himself playing second fiddle to the promising Joshua Kimmich this year.
Bayern is not likely to let Rafinha go. He’s a strong veteran presence in their defence and without Philipp Lahm, Bayern need older heads in the locker room, Bild reports.
