Chelsea celebrates Mikel Obi

Premier League giants, Chelsea have taken out time to reminisce on one of their greatest ex-player, John Obi Mikel.
The West London club took to their official Twitter page on Thursday to post a compiled video of the Super Eagles captain in action for the Blues.
Mikel, who is currently playing for Chinese club, Tianjin Teda, joined Chelsea 12 years ago.
The 31-year-old left Stamford Bridge in January, 2017 after winning two Premier League titles, the UEFA Champions League, Europa League and a host of other honours.
“We signed @Mikel_John_Obi 12 years ago today!”, Chelsea wrote on Twitter alongside the video clip.
Mikel captained the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the just concluded 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
The Eagles, however, were eliminated from the tournament in the group stage.
