Real Madrid forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, scored one of the greatest goals in the Champions League during their 3-0 win over Juventus on Tuesday night and was applauded by the home support.
Ronaldo opened scoring within five minutes of the quarter-final tie, turning home at the near post.
His second, his 119th in the competition, was simply sensational.
Ronaldo produced an astonishing overhead kick from Dani Carvajal’s cross to make it 2-0 in the second half.
His goal sparked wild celebrations on the pitch and in the away end, while manger Zidane looked speechless.
But it was the reaction of the Juventus fans that was most noticeable.
They clapped for Ronaldo despite their club heading out of the competition.
