Champions League: Who Man City, Man Utd, Liverpool will play in round of 16

All four Premier League clubs have booked their place in the last 16 of the Champions League.

Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur confirmed their spots in dramatic circumstances on Tuesday night, while Manchester United and Manchester City were already assured of their participation in the knockout stages before Wednesday.

City wrapped up top spot in Group F with a 2-1 win over Hoffenheim, though United had to settle for second place despite Juventus suffering a shock defeat to Young Boys.

None of the three Premier League sides can face Manchester City or the winner of their own group, leaving six teams they can potentially be drawn against.

Manchester United’s potential opponents: Borussia Dortmund, Barcelona, PSG, Porto, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid.

Liverpool’s potential opponents: Dortmund, Barcelona, Porto, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Juventus

Spurs’ potential opponents: Borussia Dortmund, PSG, Porto, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Juventus.

Manchester City’s potential opponents: Atletico Madrid, Schalke, Ajax, Roma.
