Paris Saint Germain star, Neymar has personally congratulated Roberto Firmino after the Liverpool star scored his club’s last-gasp winner against the French side in the Champions League match on Tuesday evening.
The French champions had battled back from two goals down at Anfield and appeared on course to secure a draw in their opening game in Group C.
However, Firmino came on as a second-half substitute to scored a superb winner in injury time to seal three points for Jurgen Klopp’s side.
After the match, Firmino was speaking to reporters when his Brazilian national teammate, Neymar walked past, and gave some kind words for Fermino following his winning goal.
“Congratulations, you played great,” Neymar told Firmino. “We’ll talk later,” Metro quoted the Brazilian as saying.
