Champions League: Real Madrid finish second behind Dortmund, Juventus win

Real Madrid bungled an opportunity to finish top of Group F, after they could only draw 2-2 with Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday night.

Karim Benzema gave the hosts the lead in the first half, finishing off Carvajal’s cross. The French striker double their advantage after the break with a bullet header.

However, Dortmund fought their way back into the tie, through Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Marco Reus.

In the other games of the night, Premier League champions Leicester City were humiliated 6-0 by FC Porto, Bayer Leverkusen claimed a 3-0 victory over Monaco and FC Copenhagen won 2-0 at Club Brugge.

There were no goals between Sevilla and Lyon in France, Juventus beat Dinamo Zagreb 2-0 and Legia Warsaw defeated Sporting 1-0.

Tottenham, who are already out of the Champions League, defeated CSKA Moscow 3-1 at Wembley and will noe play in the Europa League.
