Barcelona on Thursday identified Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City and Max Allegri’s Juventus as the two clubs they want to avoid in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals draw, the AS reports.
Barcelona booked their place in the Champions League last eight on Wednesday night after defeating Lyon 5-1 at Camp Nou.
Goals from Lionel Messi (2), Philippe Coutinho (1), Gerard Pique (1) and Ousmane Dembele (1) ensured that the Catalan club qualified for the Champions League quarter-finals.
The Champions League quarter-final and semi-final draws will both take place at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland, on Friday, March 15.
The draw ceremony will begin at 11am GMT.
The final eight are: Juventus, Manchester City, Manchester United, Ajax, FC Porto, Tottenham Hotspur, Barcelona and Liverpool.
The semi-final draw will follow the quarter-final draw, meaning that teams will know their potential paths to the final.
