Champions League: Mourinho confirms Man United player to start against Valencia

Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho has confirmed that midfielder, Paul Pogba will start for the Red Devils when they tackle Valencia in an away Champions League fixture on Wednesday night.

Pogba was an unused substitute in United’s 4-1 victory over Fulham in the Premier League encounter over the weekend.

The France international was forced to watch from the sidelines throughout the duration of the match.

But Mourinho has now confirmed that the 25-year-old will start for United against Valencia at The Mestalla Stadium.

“Against Valencia, he [Pogba] is going to start,” Mourinho said on Man United’s official website.

“Against Valencia, he is going to have a fantastic football game to play and to show everybody how good he is.”

The kick-off time for the match is 9pm.
