Champions League: How Solskjaer blasted Man Utd players in dressing room after PSG defeat

Manchester United interim manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, gave his team a dressing down in the locker room, following a 2-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League on Tuesday.

According to the UK Sun, Solskjaer accused the team of playing as if it was a “one-legged” tie.

Goals from Presnel Kimpembe and Kylian Mbappe in the second half at Old Trafford, put PSG in full control of the tie and they’re now overwhelming favourites to reach the last eight of the competition.

The defeat was Solskjaer’s first as United boss and brought to an end the side’s 11-match unbeaten run.

Solskjaer was said to be “furious” and accused his side of lacking patience, forgetting that the game at Old Trafford was only one half of the tie.

The Norwegian was angry that United kept giving away needless free-kicks that disrupted the flow of the game and allowed PSG to play the match at their own pace.
