Former Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho, has said that both Jurgen Klopp and Mauricio Pochettino deserve to finish this season with silverware.
Liverpool earned their place in the Champions League final by beating Barcelona 4-0 at Anfield on Tuesday night, overturning a 3-0 first-leg deficit in a stunning fashion.
Tottenham also produced a remarkable comeback of their own to progress past Ajax, after a Lucas Moura hat-trick secured a 3-2 win in Amsterdam.
Neither Klopp nor Pochettino has yet managed to win any silverware while in charge of the two Premier League clubs, but Mourinho feels both men deserve reward for their work this season.
“I will be in trouble in the final because I like Mauricio and Jurgen very, very much and I think they both deserve to win a trophy!” Mourinho told beIN Sport.
