Liverpool legend, Michael Owen, has revealed Real Madrid’s weaknesses that the Reds can exploit when they clash in the Champions League final on Saturday night.
According to Owen, Zinedine Zidane’s side lack pace in their back four and Jurgen Klopp’s men will take advantage of that when both sides clash in Kiev.
The ex-striker, however, believes the Reds’ superior pace in the attack line could give the Anfield club a slight advantage against the Los Blancos in the Champions League final.
“Mo Salah (10), Roberto Firmino (10) and Sadio Mané (9) have scored 29 goals between them in the Champions League this season and the Reds front three can again be the difference between the sides in Ukraine,” Owen told BetVictor.
“The Whites are a great team but they are not blessed with great pace in their back four and I expect Liverpool to exploit that weakness in what promises to be a cracker.”
Liverpool’s attackers, Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino have scored a combined 29 goals to play a big role in their run to the Champions League final.
