Champions League: Amuneke reveals how Chelsea can dump Barcelona out

Former Barcelona winger, Emmanuel Amuneke, has admitted that Chelsea were unlucky not to win the first leg of their Champions League round of 16 tie against the LaLiga giants.

However, Amuneke feels the Blues could still qualify.

Lionel Messi ended his eighth-game goal drought against the Premier League champions, with the equalizer in the 75th minute, after Willian had scored for Chelsea in the 62nd minute.

The second leg comes up at the Camp Nou in two weeks.

“It was a very tactical game which Chelsea did very well.

“Collectively they did very well, not conceding possession to Barca whose strength is to hold possession to punish teams.

“The game will be open, and if Chelsea deploy the same tactic going with a false 9, they may exploit spaces left behind,” Amuneke told CompleteSports.
