Real Madrid captain, Iker Casillas, has given a hint that David De Gea’s move to the club is a done deal.
De Gea is yet to confirm if he will stay at Manchester United for the last year of his contract and Madrid are believed to be very keen on buying him this summer.
Casillas has now insisted that his compatriot’s arrival at the Bernabeu, will not force him out and also added that De Gea’s experience from his time in England will help him do well.
“I’m delighted with the competition,” Casillas told Spanish TV. “My contract does not say you have to start.
“I would like to finish my career here.
“De Gea is a really nice boy and a goalkeeper for the present and future. He’ll be well received and helped.
“We’ll compete. He can handle the pressure and will be served from his experience at United”.
