Chelsea doctor, Eva Carneiro, has left the Premier League club, six weeks after she fell out with manager, Jose Mourinho.
Carneiro was asked to report back to work on Friday, but failed to do so and has now left Stamford Bridge on a permanent basis.
The Blues are now bracing themselves for a legal battle with their former employee, as she is believed to be taking legal advice for constructive dismissal.
Also, the Football Association are looking into a complaint made by a member of the public, that Mourinho used abusive or sexist language towards Carneiro as they exchanged words.
