Current champions of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), Enyimba, are set to complete a double over Vital’O, when they take on the Burudian club in a CAF Champions League first round second leg game in Bujumbura.

The People’s Elephant hammered Vital’O 5-1 in the first leg played at the Adokie Amesiemaka Stadium in Port Harcourt last weekend.

Striker Mfon Udoh, who scored twice in that game, says Enyimba are looking for an outright win in the return leg, to progress to the next round.

“It was a good game and a massive victory for us in the first leg, we are looking forward to another good game and victory in Burundi,” he said.

“We have not relented in our preparation, no complacency, it’s total victory that is our target.”

Enyimba, that won the competition back-to-back in 2003 and 2004, have been boosted by the release of goalkeeper Femi Thomas and defender Chima Akas from the Super Eagles camp, for the game.
