Femi Fani-Kayode, a former minister of aviation has reacted to presidential election results from the South-East, the South-South and the South-West region of Nigeria
Atiku has so far defeated President Muhammadu Buhari in most states in South West and South-East.
In Anambra, Atiku polled 317,767 while Buhari had 21,056. Also, Atiku won in Ebonyi 258, 573 while Buhari scores 90,276.
Reacting to the outcome of the results so far, Fani-Kayode, a Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, commended the people of South West, South East and South-South for making the PDP proud.
According to him, “the votes from South-West, South-East and southern Kaduna have made PDP proud, no matter winner of the presidential election.”
Fani Kayode wrote: “Whatever happens in this election and whoever eventually wins, one thing is clear: the people of the SW particularly have done PDP proud.
“I am also proud of the efforts of the people of the SS, the SE, the Sayyawas of Bauchi and the people of Southern Kaduna, Plateau and Nassarawa.”
