Kennedy Boboye has quit as coach of Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) side, Sunshine Stars.
He led the Akure Gunners to a sixth-place finish in the just concluded season, failing to clinch a ticket to play continental football next year.
“I have quit as Sunshine Stars because it is the best time for me to move forward,” Boboye disclosed.
“I am grateful for the chance to have led such a club and wish them the best.”
