Billionaire kingpin, Chukwudi Dumeme Onuamadike, aka Evans, has led a team of Policemen from the Federal Anti-kidnapping Unit to detention camps for people he abducted.
He took operatives to the locations at the weekend.
The separate buildings, located in Igando and Ikotun in Lagos, were the hideouts his captives were kept for days, weeks or months while negotiation for ransom were made.
Police say they will provide an update on what was discovered at the buildings in the course of the week.
Evans was arrested on June 10 at Magodo Estate in Lagos.
Six members of his gang were also apprehended.
They were paraded last weekend at headquarters of the Lagos State Police Command by the Force Public Relations Officer, CSP Jimoh Moshood.
The operation that bursted the gang was led by ACP Abba Kyari.
It involved Special Forces including the Intelligence Response Team, Lagos Police Command’s Anti-Kidnapping Unit and Technical and Intelligent Unit of the Force under the supervision of the Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni.
