Billionaire kidnapper: Evans arrives court amid heavy security for second arraignment

Billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, also known as Evans has arrived the Lagos State High Court in Igbosere for a second arraignment.
The Police is set to arraign Evans before the Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo-led court for charges bordering on kidnapping, murder and illegal possession of firearms.
This new charges are separate from the ones leveled against him before the Ikeja division of the court, where he was last week re-arraigned before Justice Hakeem Oshodi.
The once dreaded kidnap kingpin was brought to court amid heavily armed security operatives.
