A German journalist and writer identified as Katrin Gaensles, has paid a visit to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu.

The reporter visited the IPOB leader at his country home in Afara Ukwu, Umuahia, Abia State.

Following his release from Kuje prison in Abuja, where he spent over 2 years, notable politicians and well-meaning Nigerians have been paying him goodwill visit.

Last Saturday, popular actor, Jim Iyke visited Kanu at his residence in Isiama Afaraukwu Ibeku, Umuahia.

That was shortly after Kanu received his colleague in the struggle and leader of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra, Uchenna Madu.

Earlier, DAILY POST reported that Nollywood veteran actors, Ofiafuluagu Mbaka, Steve Eboh and others also paid Kanu a visit.
