Latest report from Ogbadibo has it that the Minster for Agriculture and Rural Development, Chief Audu Innocent Ogbeh could not exercise his civic duty in the ongoing rerun senatorial election in Benue South following his alleged inability to locate his Permanent Voter Card, PVC.
DAILY POST reports that the Minister has since left his polling unit in Efugo.
Speaking earlier with newsmen, Ogbeh enjoined the electorate to maintain law and order during and after the election.
