Reno Omokri, former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, on Wednesday reacted to Governor Samuel Ortom’s action over the killing of residents of the state by Fulani herdsmen.

Following the fresh killings allegedly perpetrated by Fulani herdsmen, Ortom was said to have wept on seeing the corpses of those affected.

In his reaction, Omokri, a United States, US-based pastor reminded Ortom of his remark that President Muhammadu Buhari should be given a second term.

In a tweet via his Twitter handle, the former Presidential aide said should Buhari return in 2019, there may be nobody left in Benue State.

Omokri wrote: “I heard Governor Ortom wept when he saw corpses of his citizens massacred by herdsmen. It might sound harsh, but can Ortom recall that only last month he smiled as he told Nigerians Buhari deserves a 2nd term?

“If Buhari gets a 2nd term, would there be people left alive in Benue?”
