Beaten in England! Beaten in Nigeria: Arsenal fans stamp their authority over Man U

Last weekend, English Premier League fans took to the streets of Lagos to replay the action-packed match between their hero clubs, Arsenal and Manchester United. Sponsored by Coca-Cola, 5-a-side replay matches took place at Araromi Youth Centre, Gbagada and Beko Ransome-Kuti Youth Centre, Anthony.

Fans of both clubs trooped out in the hundreds to watch their favourite teams stamp their authority on the other side right here on Nigerian soil.

While the North London Club reconfirmed their dominance at the Gbagada event with a 5-3 victory, the enthused Reds refused to go down at the Anthony event, ultimately overturning the loss 2 weeks ago at the Emirates Stadium, with a 3-2 victory over the Gunners right here in Lagos.

With the EPL uniting Nigerians across tribe, language and demographic, keep your eyes peeled and your boots polished as Coca-Cola brings this unparalleled passion sport to a community near you. Get set to join the next Premier League Replay Match at a venue close to you.
