Bayern Munich win 15-1 in Guardiola’s first game

Bayern Munich defeated local fans 15-1, in a friendly match which marked Pep Guardiola’s debut in charge of the Bavarians.

Thomas Muller, Oliver Markoutz and Vladimir Rankovic put Bayern 3-0 in the first half against their Wildernau-based supporters.

Die Roten scored the first goal of the second half, before Patrick Weihrauch, Julian Green, Franck Ribery, Mitchell Weiser and Toni Kroos found the back of the net.

Guardiola would have been pleased with the team’s performance, especially with Weihrauch who bagged four goals and fellow starlet Green who scored a hat-trick. Toni Kroos also marked his return from injury in the game.
