Bayern Munich have been crowned Bundesliga champions for the fifth season in a row, following their 6-0 win over Wolfsburg on Saturday.
A 0-0 draw between second-placed RB Leipzig and Ingostadt earlier in the day, meant that three points at the Volkswagen Arena would be enough to ensure another league title.
David Alaba opened scoring for Carlo Ancelotti’s men in the 19th minute, before Robert Lewandowski added a brace before the end of the first half.
Arjen Robben, Thomas Muller and Joshua Kimmich were on target in the second half as Bayern strolled to victory.
The Bavarian side confirmed the title with three fixtures left.
It will be the only major piece of silverware for Ancelotti’s side this term, as they were eliminated from the Champions League at the quarter-final stage by Real Madrid. Earlier this week, Borussia Dortmund beat them after extra-time in the DFB-Pokal semi-final in midweek.
