Veteran Nigerian comedian, Basketmouth, has debunked hearsays that he is not in good terms with fellow comedian, AY.
Widely circulated reports in recent times, have alleged that both comedians have not been in good terms due to the breakdown in their relationship, and that AY has reportedly not been to any of Basketmouth’s recent shows.
In a recent chat with Encomium, Basketmouth ‘laid the rumour to rest.’
The multiple award-winning comedian said, “It’s really all speculation. Don’t listen to reports.
“I maintain a good relationship with all my colleagues, and it’s really not feasible to feature every comedian on my shows.
“If that were the criteria,” Basketmouth continued, “it would be fair to say I am not on talking terms with Gordons, Julius Agwu, Basorge, Seyi Law to mention a few, as they have not featured at my shows recently,” he noted.
