Cristiano Ronaldo mocked Lionel Messi’s iconic goal celebration, after he scored in Sunday’s El Clasico.
The 32-year-old held up his shirt to the Barcelona fans, just as Messi did to Real Madrid supporters, when he netted the winner in the La Liga clash between the two sides towards the end of last season.
It backfiredspectacularly for Ronaldo, as he was shown a yellow card for it.
He was then sent off few moments later, after the referee deemed he dived inside the area in order to win a penalty.
Frustrated by the decision, Ronaldo petulantly pushed the referee after he was shown the red card.
The Real superstar could now face a 12-match ban.
