Barcelona midfielder, Ivan Rakitic has said that their Champions League semi-final clash against Liverpool will not stop them from celebrating their success in the LaLiga.
Barcelona clinched their 26th league on Saturday.
Captain Lionel Messi came off the bench to score the only goal of the night.
Rakitic said the Catalans will be ready for Wednesday’s semi-final against Liverpool.
The midfielder admitted that he had already drank beers after helping Barcelona beat Levante 1-0 and may even wake up with a bit of a headache.
He told Mundo Deportivo, “I’m not going to lie, I’ve already had a beer. We will enjoy tonight, we deserve it. Then we’ll rest.
“Tomorrow we have the day off so maybe we’ll wake up with a headache! Then we’ll think about the Champions League.”
