Chelsea boss, Antonio Conte, says he will consult with his players about tactics ahead of Wednesday’s second leg round of 16 UEFA Champions League clash with Barcelona.
Conte’s men drew the first leg 1-1 at Stamford Bridge, with Lionel Messi netting a 75th-minute equaliser to cancel out Willian’s 62nd-minute opener.
Conte insists he will talk with his players about how to line up against the La Liga league leaders.
Chelsea will hope to beat the Catalan club at the Camp Nou so as to qualify for the quarter final of the competition.
“Sometimes it is important also to share the responsibility with the players that you have to prepare for this type of game,” Conte told reporters ahead of Wednesday clash.
“In every game I have to decide the starting XI and not the players, because the players are the players and the manager is the manager.
“But sometimes, before this type of game, it is more important to involve totally the players and then to listen.
“This tie seems close and, for this reason, I think that we have to try the best plan for the game against Barcelona.”
The kick off time for the match is 8:45pm,
