Real Madrid captain, Sergio Ramos, has accused Barcelona Superstar, Lionel Messi of influencing referee Hernandez Hernandez’ decisions during their 2-2 draw on Sunday’s La Liga clash.

The referee was criticised for a handful of decisions during the match at Camp Nou.

He decided against awarding a second-half penalty to Madrid for a foul on Marcelo and also missed a clear foul by Suarez in the build-up to Messi’s goal. He equally allowed Bale to get away with several poor challenges.

But Ramos has revealed that Barca talisman, Messi criticised Hernandez face-to-face before the break.

“He put a little pressure in the tunnel, I do not know if there were cameras,” Madrid captain Ramos told reporters.

“I do not know if in the second half he would have done it in other ways.

“It’s football and everything has to be left inside the field, as long as it’s not going to hurt you. You have to have that respect.”
