Barca are believed to be looking for around £130m for Coutinho.
World Cup winner, Samuel Umtiti could also depart after falling out of favour.
Ivan Rakitic is another big-name tipped for exit, while Malcom could be heading for Italy after just one frustrating season.
Barcelona manager, Ernesto Valverde, has also reportedly given the green light to letting Rafinha and back-up goalkeeper, Jasper Cillessen, go.
Denis Suarez has failed to impress at Arsenal and although the Gunners are unlikely to sign him permanently, there will be interest from Europe.
Everton are keen to sign midfielder Andre Gomes after an impressive loan, while Arda Turan is hopeful of staying in Turkey.
Other loanees: Douglas and Adria Ortola will reportedly be offered to their loan clubs on permanent transfers, before the end of the campaign.
